New in our offerings from I.L. Motorsport comes this noble designed gear knob in a ball design perfect for all MX-5 models with 6 speed manual transmission.
Made of high-quality ash wood known for its high elastic strength and strongly pronounced annual rings, the gear knob is framed in the lower area of a chrome rosette. The ash wood sheathing is also milled by hand, stained in the appropriate color, and then glued to the brass core. This combination of ash wood and chrome enriches the interior of your MX-5.
The ball design of this gear knob feels very good in the hand. Due to a weight of about 200 grams and the shape of the knob, the gears can be inserted quickly, precisely, and easily. The thread has been worked into the shift knob as far as possible, so that the shift knob is positioned very low on the shift lever. The black 6-gear shift pattern is embedded as a chrome inlay in the upper area of the shift knob. Refined by a classic red R for the symbol of the reverse gear.
Installing this shift knob is a breeze. Simply screw it onto the gearshift and you are done.
